Alex is a Ukrainian businessman who moved to NW Arkansas with his family in 2021. They were amazed at the kindness of the people here – the war broke out at home, and they felt that their neighbors really cared for them. Alex wondered what he could do to repay this kindness and he asked himself “What does really make a difference in people’s life?” and “What act of love would help this community?”.

His spiritual quest gave him the answer: “FOOD IS LOVE”. It made complete sense to him because his family had such a challenge finding good food in the US compared to the availability in Europe, food without additives and affordable… Several years ago, Alex had changed his way of life, accepting only natural food for himself and his family and had understood how “I am what I eat” is true, when his health and mental clarity improved!

Faced with his new life goal, he found the solution from a scientist friend in Europe who had developed “Nano-freezing”, a totally innovative freezing technology that preserves the nutritional value, the texture, and the taste of food. Alex brought the first freezer of its kind to NW Arkansas, partnered with local chefs, and started cooking!
